SERVICES PROVIDED

Mint Bar Boston offers mobile bar services for private events. All details regarding services, pricing, and availability will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify services at any time, but any changes will be communicated with clients in advance.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

A deposit is required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance is due prior to the event date. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the booking. Payment methods will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Mint Bar Boston reserves the right to reschedule or issue a refund.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the event venue meets all necessary requirements, including access for our mobile bar. Any special permits or licenses required for alcohol service must be obtained by the client unless otherwise agreed.

LIABILITY

Mint Bar Boston is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by guests during the event. We will take all necessary precautions to ensure safety and quality service, but responsibility for the behavior of guests remains with the client.

ALCOHOL SERVICE

Mint Bar Boston follows all applicable laws and regulations regarding alcohol service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is visibly intoxicated or acting inappropriately. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of fulfilling the agreed-upon services. We do not share client information with third parties unless required by law.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Mint Bar Boston reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
